Returns Policy
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and authenticity cards attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered cannot be accepted for return.
Return Process
- Contact us at returns@closetfullofcoco.com or through your account dashboard to initiate a return.
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid return shipping label within 24-48 hours.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) or appropriate protective packaging.
- Include the RA number and original invoice in the package.
- Ship the return using the provided label within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags must be included
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply for international returns.
Note: For items purchased on sale or during promotional periods, refunds will be issued at the sale price paid. If you have any questions about returns, please contact our customer service team.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Packaging & Handling
Every item is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Luxury items are wrapped in tissue paper, placed in dust bags when available, and shipped in secure, discreet packaging. We use premium shipping boxes and padding to protect your purchase during transit.
Insurance & Tracking
All shipments are fully insured and include tracking information. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the shipping process. For international orders, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, including damaged packages or missing items, please contact us immediately at shipping@closetfullofcoco.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your purchase or a full refund.
Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or item, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period.
