Accepted Payment Methods
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All card payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant.
PayPal
PayPal is accepted for both domestic and international orders. You can choose PayPal at checkout and complete your payment through your PayPal account or with a credit/debit card.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
For faster checkout, you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay on supported devices. These payment methods provide an additional layer of security and convenience.
Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
For high-value purchases, we accept bank wire transfers. Please contact us at payments@closetfullofcoco.com to arrange wire transfer payment. Orders paid via wire transfer will be processed once funds are received and cleared (typically 2-3 business days).

Fraud Protection

Payment Policies
Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is required at the time of purchase for all orders.
Currency
All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars). For international customers, prices will be converted to your local currency at checkout based on current exchange rates. The final charge will be in your local currency, and exchange rates are determined by your payment provider.
Payment Plans
Currently, we do not offer payment plans or installment options. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For special circumstances or high-value items, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will notify you via email. Common reasons for failed payments include insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank security measures. Please update your payment information and try again, or contact your bank if the issue persists.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing time varies by payment method: credit/debit cards (5-7 business days), PayPal (3-5 business days), and wire transfers (7-10 business days). Please refer to our Returns & Shipping policy for more details.
Additional Policies
Price Accuracy
We strive to ensure all prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Taxes & Duties
Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout for orders within the United States based on your shipping address. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
